We understand that weather conditions are out of our control. If severe weather, such as heavy rain or high winds, threatens to disrupt your proposal, we offer options to reschedule. For other reasons, no full refund can be offered.

Upon making your reservation, we will send you a booking email along with a detailed quote. We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, credit card or cash. We require a 60% deposit of the total amount at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 24 hours before your special 'Yes' moment.

Yes, we can arrange professional photography and videography services to capture your special moment. We have access to special prices, which we are happy to share with you! These can be added to your package upon request. 

We strive to personalize each proposal to make it as unique as your love story. If you have any specific requests - be it your favorite song, decor style, or a particular champagne, we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we can certainly arrange for family and friends to be a part of your moment, based on your preference and the venue's capacity. 

For a tailor-made marriage proposal, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure every detail of your event is perfect. However, if you choose one of our packages, you can contact us up to 48 hours in advance. Please note that the date will be subject to availability; we understand life's best moments often happen spontaneously.
